Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment. This position offers guaranteed hours and requires a candidate who is committed to providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license
• Relevant clinical experience preferred
