Responsibilities Assist the circulator and surgeon by preparing and maintaining a sterile field throughout procedures Maintain a safe, sterile environment and monitor compliance with sterile technique and infection control standards Help manage instrument counts, handle specimens, and anticipate the needs of the surgical team during cases Assist with patient positioning, draping, suctioning, retraction, and other intraoperative tasks as directed Ensure adherence to hospital policies, state and federal regulations, and patient safety protocols Support turnover of operating rooms and assist with equipment checks and room readiness between cases

Requirements Ability to work in a hospital setting Willingness to participate in rotating shifts and an on-call schedule Travel eligibility and ability to commit to a 13-week assignment Capacity to comply with applicable state and federal health care laws, regulations, and policies Ability to meet credentialing and compliance requirements as part of the assignment process
