Program Manager

Overview: About the Role: This position is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of large enterprise programs, ensuring alignment across architecture, engineering, service delivery, and customer stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams and PM teams
- Manage end-to-end service delivery, including planning, execution, and operational acceptance
- Drive governance, change control, and risk management across global projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Network, Engineering, Operations)
- Present executive dashboards, status reports, and program updates to senior leadership
- Facilitate complex technical discussions and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- 20+ years in IT with strong experience in Program / Project / Service Management
- Proven delivery of global security and/or network deployment programs
- Experience working with enterprise clients (Banking / Telecom / Technology preferred - e.g., Bank of America, Cisco)
- Strong knowledge of PM frameworks (PRINCE2 or equivalent); ITIL Foundation preferred
- Expertise in managing distributed, multi-timezone teams
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to operate under pressure and manage critical incidents effectively
- Experience in unified communications, managed services, and mobility solutions
- Exposure to security frameworks and global security deployments
- Multilingual proficiency (Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)
