Compensation Hourly base pay of $10.98 per hour plus $5–$10 per hour in tips. Work Schedule Part‑time position that may include AM/PM shifts. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients. (25%) Use the day’s salutation and greet guests within five feet, practicing proper Towne Park phone etiquette. (10%) Park and retrieve vehicles cautiously, assist guests with bell services and luggage storage, and open vehicle and hotel doors for guests. (20%) Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries; provide information about facility amenities and local attractions; deliver messages, items, and guest amenities; shuttle guests to approved locations. (10%) Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue claim checks, maintain ticket information, calculate revenue, and manage the valet system. (35%) Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license for the applicable state. One month of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of customer and personal service principles. Skills: read/write standard English; understand simple instructions and memos; write simple correspondence; present information one‑on‑one and in small groups; perform basic arithmetic; understand 24‑hour and military time; operate a manual transmission; perform parallel parking (highly desirable). Working Conditions & Physical Demands The role involves regular talking and hearing, sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, running, and handling objects up to 100pounds. Work is primarily outdoors, exposing employees to extreme heat and cold. Employees may need to travel up to 5% of the work hours.
