Top financial client seeks a motivated and highly organized project manager to join its Human Capital Analytics and Products (HCAP) team. HCAP manages a rich combination of proprietary systems, third-party products, and internal compensation processes. The role provides the opportunity to partner closely with leaders in Human Capital and across the firm, contributing to impactful projects in a collegial and engaging work environment.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Curate and leverage employee data to answer operational and strategic talent questions for leaders across the business.
• Manage cross-functional compensation projects and processes, partnering with internal developers to expand and improve the systems that house this data.
• Own relationships with stakeholders across the firm and share responsibility for project planning, stakeholder management, backlog grooming, and user support/troubleshooting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer compensation-related questions, collaborating closely with colleagues across Human Capital and related teams.
• Scope open-ended projects, conducting discovery to understand user needs and creating cross-team workflows and products that facilitate them.

Who We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree or higher with at least seven years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort engaging with executive stakeholders.
• A knack for problem solving, an aptitude for translating the needs of non-technical users into technical requirements, and the ability to see how small details interrelate and impact the bigger picture (i.e., systems thinking).
• Proficiency in Excel is required; proficiency in technical writing, process mapping, process re-engineering, and data modeling is a decided advantage.
• Interest in generative AI and a desire to use it to improve and reimagine tools, workflows, and deliverables.
• The willingness and ability to dive into details, collaborate effectively with teammates who have varying technical knowledge, drive projects to completion, and exercise extreme discretion with confidential information.
• Experience project managing complex software implementations with multiple stakeholders is preferred.
