Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse ready to shape brighter futures? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking dedicated School-Based RNs to support students in Walled Lake, MI. In this role, you're not just providing care-you're promoting confidence, health, and wellness that helps students thrive in and out of the classroom.

What You'll Do

Manage chronic and acute medical needs
Support IEP/504 health plans
Provide first aid, medication administration, and emergency response
Collaborate with school teams and families to ensure safe learning environments
Serve as a health educator and advocate for student well-being

What We're Looking For

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
Pediatric, school-based, or community health experience preferred
Required: Diabetic monitoring, Asthmatic, Seizure monitoring, G-tubes, Medication administration
Preferred: Trach care, VNS, oxygen administration
Strong communication and documentation skills
