RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must be willing to obtain licensing (Property/Casualty and Life/Health)

- I am a proud graduate of James Madison University, B.B.A..
- We currently have 11 team members at our agency.
