Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services by providing leadership, guidance, and oversight to our counseling staff. This includes supervising licensed and pre-licensed clinicians, practicum students, and interns in accordance with licensure board requirements and agency policies. The ideal candidate will foster a supportive, learning-centered environment that promotes clinical excellence and professional growth. Additional Areas of Responsibility Maintain a small caseload to stay connected to clinical practice and model best practices. The role also involves ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, ethical standards, and accreditation guidelines, while collaborating with leadership on quality assurance initiatives and clinical programming. Minimum Qualifications MA in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field Active independent license with supervisor credentials as defined by the state RLD Approved Clinical Supervisor through the Counseling and Therapy Practice Board Previous experience providing clinical supervision Salary Range $65,700 - $82,100 #J-18808-Ljbffr Groundworks New Mexico
