Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Role Overview: A dental hygienist is an empowered oral health professional who collaborates with the dentist to provide patient-centered care in a modern clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Assess oral health and recommend appropriate care based on clinical indicators. Educate patients to promote oral health and treatment understanding. Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans in partnership with the dentist. Utilize digital tools, including advanced technology like 3D scanning and voice-activated charting, to support clinical decisions. Manage schedules and supplies autonomously to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Participate in structured onboarding, ongoing training, and continuing education to enhance skills and career growth. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution. Active dental hygiene license in the practicing state. Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.
