Project Manager III-Technology (PMIS)

The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public‑sector agencies. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III – Technology (PMIS) to support one of the nation’s largest public‑sector capital improvement programs. This role will lead the implementation, modernization, and optimization of enterprise Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) that support large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects. *Salary Range: $185K/Year-$200K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Hybrid Schedule: One (1) work‑from‑home (WFH) day per week Key Responsibilities: Lead PMIS implementation and modernization initiatives supporting major capital construction programs. Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, project management teams, IT, finance, consultants, and vendors. Support the transition from legacy PMIS platforms to Trimble Unity Construct (eBuilder). Coordinate system configuration, data migration, testing, training, deployment, and post‑go‑live support activities. Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to support budgeting, invoicing, contract management, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting workflows. Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and change management efforts. Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics that improve project visibility and decision‑making. Drive continuous process improvement and system enhancements across the organization. Required Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology systems, PMIS platforms, capital programs, or construction technology initiatives. Experience leading system implementations, migrations, or PMIS modernization projects. Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, cost management, invoicing, and financial reporting processes. Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including PMO, IT, Finance, Operations, consultants, and executive stakeholders. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience with Trimble Unity Construct (eBuilder), Deltek Costpoint, or similar PMIS/ERP platforms. Experience supporting public agencies, higher education, transportation, utilities, or other large infrastructure programs. Familiarity with construction accounting, contract management, and invoice approval workflows. Experience with system testing, user training, change management, and post‑go‑live support.
