We are looking for AI Engineers with a strong Software Engineering background , Traditional Data Scientists will not be considered for this position.

Job Title: AI Engineer (Cloud/Engineering Focus)
Location - Dallas, TX / Basking Ridge, NJ / Atlanta, GA (Onsite position)
Long term position

Pay rate - $45/hr on W2/Danta Technologies payroll. We cannot sponsor for this position. Looking for independent candidates.

Looking for a strong individual contributor who can independently own and deliver end-to-end solutions with minimal guidance or support.

Job Summary
We are seeking an AI Engineer with a strong software engineering background to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing scalable backend systems, integrating AI/LLM solutions, and deploying cloud-native applications. This role is focused on engineering and application development rather than traditional Data Science or predictive analytics.
Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python
• Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, or MCP
• Experience developing and deploying production AI applications
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles , backend development, and microservices
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Cloud experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, and version control (Git)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases such as PGVector, Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB
• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks and LLMOps
• Experience working in Agile development environments

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong Software Engineering + AI experience.
• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production AI solutions.
• Professional AI engineering experience is required.

Note: Candidates whose experience is primarily in Data Science, statistical modeling, forecasting, analytics, or academic AI projects are not the right fit for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with strong engineering and production AI development experience.
