Job Title: Financial App Usability Analyst
Location: (USA)
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA team as a Financial App Usability Analyst . In this role, you will focus on enhancing the user experience of financial applications, ensuring they are intuitive, easy to navigate, and clearly communicate complex financial information to users, providing critical feedback for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Execute detailed usability testing scenarios for banking, investment, and personal finance mobile/web apps.
- Document confusing interfaces, cumbersome workflows, and unclear financial disclosures.
- Provide constructive feedback to design and product teams to simplify financial processes and improve user understanding.
- Ensure financial apps present information clearly and consistently across various devices.
- Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports detailing usability insights and recommendations for financial applications.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and an intuitive understanding of user behavior within financial contexts.
- Comfort with working tools and familiarity with common financial applications and services.
- Prior experience in UX testing, usability analysis, or QA within the financial sector is highly desirable.
- Reliable internet connection and access to relevant mobile and web devices.
- Ability to empathize with users and translate their struggles into actionable design improvements.
