Position Overview

• Location: San Antonio, Texas
• Provider Type: General Dentist
• Schedule: 4–5 Days per Week | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Current Team: 1 Dentist, 1 Hygienist, Dental Assistants, and Front Office Support
• Future Structure: Opportunity to transition into a solo-doctor practice
• Patient Base: Established family practice serving primarily older children, teens, and adults
• Payor Mix: PPO

Clinical Scope

Practice a broad range of dentistry while enjoying the support of an experienced team:

• Comprehensive General Dentistry
• Restorative Procedures
• Crowns and Bridges
• Extractions
• Invisalign
• Basic Endodontics
• Preventive and Family Dentistry
• Comprehensive Treatment Planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Guarantee: 3–6 Month Guaranteed Daily Rate
• Compensation: 28–35% of Production
• Earning Potential: $200,000–$400,000+ Annually

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a dentist who enjoys building patient relationships, practicing comprehensive dentistry, and taking ownership of their schedule and production.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an Accredited Dental School
• Active Texas Dental License
• Comfortable working as a solo provider
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to manage treatment planning and patient care independently
