This position plays a critical role in coordinating technician schedules, processing new customer accounts, communicating with monitoring stations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively prioritize multiple tasks, and has strong communication and organizational skills. ** Key Responsibilities ** Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls and installations Create, maintain, and adjust technician schedules as needed Set up new customer accounts and update existing accounts Obtain permits for new installations Review and process daily reports from monitoring stations Communicate with technicians, customers, and internal departments regarding scheduling and service updates Monitor work orders to ensure timely completion Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned ** Qualifications ** Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently 2–4 years of office or administrative experience required Dispatching or scheduling experience preferred Customer service experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ideal Candidate Previous dispatch or scheduling experience Experience in the security, fire alarm, or monitoring industry is a plus Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure High level of professionalism and reliability #J-18808-Ljbffr Pye Barker Fire & Safety
