Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company, including coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects

- Manage subcontractors and ensure they are meeting project requirements and deadlines

- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to management

- Assist with project budgeting, tracking expenses, and managing project costs

- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise

- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure project goals and objectives are met

- Assist with the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in operations or project coordination, preferably in the construction industry

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving

- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems is a plus
