• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and engaging first impression.
• Manage guest seating arrangements, ensuring smooth flow and timely service.
• Handle all cash and credit transactions with precision, maintaining accuracy at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering assistance promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier area to uphold a welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate seating, reservations, and guest needs.

• Previous host/hostess experience or food service background preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, especially in guest relations and serving roles.
