Join a well-established outpatient cardiology practice in Gettysburg providing comprehensive care to adult patients.
Opportunity for either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with new graduates encouraged to apply. Extensive onboarding and training are available, with orientation tailored to the candidate's experience level.
Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) and no call responsibilities.
Practice a broad scope of general cardiology.
Collaborative team environment alongside three cardiologists and four advanced practice providers, offering strong physician support and mentorship.
Manage a reasonable patient volume of approximately 16-18 patients per day, with 30-minute appointment slots that promote quality patient care.
Structured schedule featuring 35 patient-facing clinic hours and 5 administrative hours each week for inbox management and care coordination.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:
Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience:
1 year Required
Licenses:
Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
