Schedule Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule (08:00 - 16:00). Weekend availability required. Job Description The Acute Care Physical Therapist will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients within acute care settings. The role necessitates a focus on patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance recovery and mobility. ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough patient evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based practices in providing care. Assist patients in achieving mobility goals and improving functional abilities. Document patient progress using the Epic charting system. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting. Active Physical Therapist license required.
