Talent Acquisition Lead

Position Type: Contract 6-month Assignment Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 Basic JD Skills: The Talent Acquisition Consultant manages full-cycle recruitment for assigned staff positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent. This role supports all stages of the hiring process, including intake discussions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate onboarding. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruitment channels. Coordinate interviews and support candidate selection and offer processes. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment regulations, and equitable hiring practices.
