Operator Specialist (Food Brokerage Sales & Business Development)

Acxion one of the largest food brokerage organizations in the marketplace is gearing up for its next phase of growth and is looking for relationship-driven sales professionals to grow with the business.

This is a field-based sales and business development role, focused on driving growth with large, high-impact operator accounts. As an Operator Specialist, you would be on the front lines of Acxion's expansion developing new opportunities and turning momentum into meaningful results and income.

The business is growing, new customers are coming on, and this role is being added to proactively support current momentum and business in the pipeline.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the field, loves building relationships, and wants their work to directly influence company growth, customer success, and personal accomplishment.

Preferred Background

• Culinary and/or foodservice operations experience a plus
• Prior food brokerage or sales experience preferred
• Passion for food, sales, and relationship-driven growth
