Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
• Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care
• Support an EPIC conversion project, including accurate and timely documentation within EPIC and Cerner systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• EPIC experience within the last 12 months and recent Cerner experience required; charting systems must be documented for each work history entry
• Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQI BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous acute care facility experience
