Aerospace company looking for a Customer Service Rep to join our team! CSR will help communicate with customers on orders and provide updates.
Communication
- a. All aspects of customer communication should be managed from customer service.
- b. Customer service is either to provide the service needed or be the liaison for all other departments based on what the customer needs.
- c. Manage customer expectations
- d. Manage customer complaints
- e. Grow a relationship with the assigned accounts to strengthen and grow the existing business.
- f. Communicate with production daily to check job status
- g. Communicate with engineering daily to insure jobs are released on time
- h. Communicate with management regarding complaints, compliments, insight into an account and any other pertinent information.
Qualifications:
- P.C. literate (i.e.: Windows, Word, and Excel).
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communicative skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience Customer Service in manufacturing environment a PLUS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- College Degree or equivalent work experience
