Marketing Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Representative initiates one‑on‑one dialog with potential referral sources and maintains positive relationships with current referral sources. They design, develop, and drive cutting‑edge sales strategies to increase patient admissions through long‑term relationships with referring facilities, clinics, community partners, and physicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Excellent project management, organizational, interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate cross‑functionally with senior management. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior management, physicians, clinicians, admissions staff, and the business development team. Assist with creating and strengthening referral relationships. Assist with organizing and planning off‑site and on‑site facility‑specific events. Develop and maintain new account relationships and markets, target and create strategies for increasing business in highly competitive markets, and increase the number of referral sources. Develop strong relationships with key referral sources and maintain key business development accounts, responding to all business development opportunities and providing customer support to a designated number of targeted referral source contacts weekly. Act as a liaison between the facility, referral sources, and the general public to support the facility’s professional image. Manage leads from referral sources. Maintain awareness of industry changes through self‑education, peer education, and professional community involvement. Use GOVWIN to source opportunities. Meet specific productivity goals set by the CEO.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Minimum of three years of marketing experience. Preference for candidates with experience in a mental health, medical, or related company. Good understanding of the local market and referral base. Ability to multitask and demonstrate well‑developed relational skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends. Independent and effective problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills with a teamwork orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Salary commensurate with experience, base salary plus commission/bonus.
