Recruiting Coordinator - Talent Acquisition Specialist - Immediate Need

This is a completely remote role for an organized, outgoing experienced recruiting coordinator looking to make an impact and grow within talent acquisition and recruiting. Work in conjunction with HR team to run ads, conduct initial interview screenings, set up interviews with internal stakeholders, finalize offer details, sending out offer letters and ensuring all onboarding steps are getting completed. You'll also be a key player in the main project right now which is implementing a new candidate tracking system (ICIMS) and working with others on training and using the system as it deploys live. Ideal candidate has a bachelors degree and a year or more of related professional experience. You should also be set up with a remote work space including a second monitor to be successful in this role. You'll have to maintain a professional home office space so organization is key since you will be on many video calls with executives and co-workers. Type: ContractCategory: Human Resources
