If you're pursuing your CPA or EA and looking to expand your impact in a collaborative, client-focused environment, we'd love to connect.What will you do:Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships, and closely held businessesConduct tax research and analysis, applying specialized knowledge to resolve client-specific issues and document findings clearlyAssist in developing tax planning strategies, identifying opportunities to minimize liabilities and support broader financial goalsCollaborate with clients and internal teams to gather information, clarify details, and ensure accurate and timely filingsExercise independent judgment in identifying potential tax issues, proposing solutions, and communicating findings to managersParticipate in client meetings, offering technical insight and helping address questions related to compliance and planningStay current on tax law changes, leveraging continuing education and firm resources to maintain expertise and support advisory workContribute to process improvements, offering suggestions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client serviceSupport a collaborative team culture, working closely with tax and wealth professionals to deliver integrated client solutionsWhat you will have:Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; master's in taxation preferred2–4 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax compliance and planningActively pursuing CPA or EA certificationStrong understanding of federal, state, and local income tax lawsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsClear and professional communication, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and tax preparation software
