The individual will report to the FP&A Finance Manager and will be responsible for designing, developing and producing financial reporting and analysis to serve our business clients and assist in cross functional activities. Primary responsibilities include:* Providing accurate and insightful financial reporting.* Performing financial analysis to identify areas for financial performance improvement. Effectively communicate results, insights, and recommendations to the Finance leadership team.* Conducting ad-hoc financial performance analysis to assist in understanding forecast results and trends.**Essential Job Functions*** Complete and communicate monthly/quarterly/annual analysis of financial results and performance to targets.* Provide information related to business initiatives & drivers of favorable and unfavorable performance.* Provide proactive ideas, advice, and financial modeling.* Provide guidance and act as liaison between FP&A and selected partners, relative to financial performance. Partners include, but are not limited to, accounting, human resources, marketing, technology, treasury, and other line of business segments.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelors Degree (Finance, Accounting or related field)* 2+ years of analytical experience in Finance, Business or related field* Organized self-starter with the ability to think and work independently and creatively* Strong financial and/or accounting acumen* Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish solid working relationships with multiple teams and individuals with varying levels of expertise* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Proficient in project management/proven ability to lead cross functional team projects* Proven team player, willing to assist others as needed to ensure that group deadlines are met and quality standards achieved* Ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively* Detail oriented with the ability to thoroughly analyze and resolve issues with limited direction**Preferred Skills:**Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)Experience working with financial system reporting environments (i.e., Adaptive, Office Connect, Balance Sheet Planning etc.)COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $63,000.00 - $96,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
