Through helping others achieve financial growth and giving back to our communities, you can truly fulfill the FCCU mission of Life is Better with Community.Core Values-Strengthen Community by helping members grow and thrive.Community-Our Communities define who we are "People Helping People."Integrity-We will live and work with uncompromised integrity.Passion-We will display passion in our work and service to our membership.Growth-We believe that growing both as a Credit Union and professionally as employees is imperative to our long-term success.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform administrative support to the lending staff for member agricultural and commercial loansCollect, review, and compile loan documentation while ensuring accurate and timely data entry in accordance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements.Prepare loan and closing documentation, verify accuracy (including legal descriptions, signatures, and vesting), and ensure all files meet compliance standards.Process and fund loans, maintain organized loan files, and complete all post-closing activities efficiently and accurately.Communicate proactively with members, lending staff, and third parties to provide status updates, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth loan process from start to finish.Maintain accurate records, follow operational procedures, and contribute to an efficient workflow while upholding confidentiality, professionalism, and the organization's core values. QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDExperience with loan origination systems or banking systems preferred.Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipmentCompetitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to changeAbility to communication, both written and verbalDetail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsWe provide a great benefits package that includes 11 paid federal holidays, 401k match, fully paid single medical, dental and vision and much more.
