Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to support plant-level financial operations. This person will work closely with the finance and operations teams on financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, month-end close, cost control, and business decision support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, expenses, and business performance.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
- Review actual vs. budget results and investigate variances.
- Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Work with operations and other teams to understand financial results.
- Support audits, financial controls, and special financial projects.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related area.
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- ** SAP/ERP experience ** is a plus.
- Manufacturing or plant finance experience is preferred.
