Network/Technical Analyst for Copiers and Printers – Fredericksburg, VA

JustTech is actively seeking a highly skilled professional with excellent communication & organizational skills for a Network/Technical Analyst position with the primary area of the greater Fredericksburg, VA. This individual would join our team and provide technical support to JustTech’s customers.

JustTech LLC, is a technology company specializing in providing copiers & multifunction printers, Managed Print Solutions and Managed Network Solutions.

Through our Print Solutions, we offer sales and service support for Xerox copiers & printers. Currently we are managing thousands of copiers & printers making millions of impressions every month.

With our Network Solutions, we provide Managed Network Services & IT support to more than a hundred small businesses and organizations. We specialize in proactive support and provide onsite and remote assistance.

JustTech has a long successful track record of providing clients with Managed Print and Managed IT Solutions with high client retention. After every service incident, clients are encouraged to share feedback and these surveys are posted on Proven Expert, a third-party review site.

Job Requirements:

• Copier and printer technical repair capability (Xerox experience preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with copiers and printers.
• Experience with onsite and/or remote troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage their own schedule and adhere to schedules.
• Must possess the ability and determination to complete tasks.
