Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Software Engineer III, AI & Engineering on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering full‑stack software and AI‑enabled solutions for client engagements.

Qualifications

Required:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on full‑stack development, including 3+ years of full system lifecycle development from requirements through production deployment.
• 4+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering AI/ML solutions
• At least 1 year of direct experience designing or implementing production agentic workflows involving capabilities such as orchestration, tool integration, state management, evaluation, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience developing agentic AI solutions using Claude Agent SDK including agent orchestration, tool integration, permissions or MCP integrations
