Women’s Care Unit RN | California

Support mothers, newborns, and families through some of life’s most important moments. We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Women’s Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated patient care team.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care for labor & delivery, postpartum, nursery, and women’s health patients

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Monitor maternal and newborn conditions and respond quickly to emergencies

• Educate patients and families on recovery, newborn care, and discharge planning

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care

What You’ll Bring:

• Active California RN license

• Current BLS certification required

• NRP certification required within 6 months of hire

• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification required within 6 months of hire

• Labor & Delivery, nursery, or postpartum experience preferred

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
