Women’s Care Unit RN | California

Support mothers, newborns, and families through some of life’s most important moments. We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Women’s Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated patient care team.

What You’ll Do:

Provide specialized nursing care for labor & delivery, postpartum, nursery, and women’s health patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Monitor maternal and newborn conditions and respond quickly to emergencies
Educate patients and families on recovery, newborn care, and discharge planning
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care

What You’ll Bring:

Active California RN license
Current BLS certification required
NRP certification required within 6 months of hire
AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certification required within 6 months of hire
Labor & Delivery, nursery, or postpartum experience preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
