Role Description: The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for growing client referrals and building brand awareness for Amada Senior Care Norman. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and social media presence, and creating materials that effectively communicate services to potential clients and referral partners. The role involves prospecting and following up with leads, conducting virtual outreach to families and community organizations, and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals and senior living communities. The Specialist will track and analyze sales and marketing metrics, maintain a CRM or lead management system, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with company goals. This position requires regular virtual meetings, timely communication with stakeholders, and proactive engagement to support business growth.

• Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding of new team members, guide outreach efforts, and help optimize sales processes.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic content creation to support online campaigns.
• Comfort working remotely with strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.
• Prior experience in senior care, healthcare, or related service industries is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
