Responsibilities Engage in private civil litigation work, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances where applicable. Conduct legal research and draft substantive briefs and motions. Manage and participate in discovery and depositions; collaborate with clients, providers, and experts. Work closely with partners, associates, staff, and colleagues in a collaborative, professional environment.
