Advanced Practice Provider/Nurse Practitioner

Role Description This is a full-time role for an Advanced Practice Provider/Nurse Practitioner, with openings in Nashville, Memphis and Knoxville. Key responsibilities include providing primary and preventative medical care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and implementing patient-specific care plans. The APP/NP will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver compassionate, patient-centric healthcare and ensure the highest clinical quality standards. Qualifications Proficient in Medicine, with expertise in Primary Care to support preventative and comprehensive patient well-being Certification and hands-on experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with the ability to prescribe medications and develop care plans Strong communication and collaboration skills within an interdisciplinary healthcare team Current licensure and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee Experience working with underserved or senior populations is highly desirable A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field Commitment to providing equitable, patient-centered care #J-18808-Ljbffr
