Opportunity Clinic Director & Equity Partner Licensing License required: Physical Therapist (Active PT license) Setting & Location Outpatient clinics in Skokie and Ravenswood – office location determined by partner. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement leadership and team development programs. Recruit, interview, and onboard clinic staff. Manage clinic operations and financial performance. Conduct community outreach and grow referral networks. Create and maintain a positive clinic culture and retain team members. Collaborate with experienced leaders who have previously opened clinics for guidance and support. Compensation & Equity Base salary $100,000–$120,000 per year, paid in full before clinic opens. Eligible for a competitive annual bonus plan upon launch. Opportunity for true equity ownership with direct financial benefits from clinic success.
