Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage audit engagements.

* Provide guidance and mentorship to audit staff.

* Develop and maintain client relationships.

* Participate in business development and practice growth initiatives.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of auditing experience in a public accounting firm.

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.

* CPA license preferred.

* Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB auditing standards.

* Experience with Not-for-Profit (NFP) and Employee Benefit Plans (EBP) is advantageous.

* Willingness to travel minimally (mostly local)
