The position champions DevOps practices, cloud cost optimization, and operational excellence. The Global Governance Tech team delivers advanced Ethics and Compliance solutions supporting supply chain initiatives through agile, cloud-native development. The team emphasizes innovation, quality, and scalable software aligned with business objectives. Members collaborate to design, develop, and maintain solutions across in-store, mobile, and web platforms. The team values strong technical expertise, ownership, and problem-solving skills within a dynamic environment. Focused on continuous learning and collaboration, the team drives impactful results that enhance customer and business outcomes while ensuring maintainable, high-quality software solutions.



What you'll do:

• Lead platform level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
• Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure, and reusable development.
• Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, promoting DevOps architecture and continuous improvement.
• Manage cloud cost optimization and enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling to reduce operational friction.
• Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and uphold technical quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives.
• Foster innovation by identifying opportunities for process and product enhancements.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
