What You’ll Do As a Bilingual Community Relations Representative, you will: Welcome and assist English and Spanish-speaking customers Respond to phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Help customers understand their vehicle options Guide customers through the purchasing process Build long-term relationships with individuals and families Follow up after the sale to ensure complete satisfaction Represent the Farris brand with professionalism and integrity Who We’re Looking For You don’t need automotive experience.
