Overview Green Clean Commercial is seeking a Bookkeeper to support the daily financial operations of the company. This position will be responsible for financial data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing support, reconciliations, record maintenance, and administrative accounting functions within QuickBooks Online. Job Details Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Annual Salary: $46,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year Benefits Vacation & Sick Pay Health, Dental & Vision 401K What We Need A candidate with strong communication skills who is highly organized and able to develop strong relationships. This person must also be coachable, driven and experienced in collaborating with different people and cultures. Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate Degree Preferred 1-3 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration experience QuickBooks Online experience preferred Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Responsibilities Enter and maintain accounting transactions in QuickBooks Online Process customer invoices and billing adjustments Apply customer payments and maintain customer records Process vendor invoices and accounts payable Prepare weekly vendor payment schedules Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards Monitor accounts receivable aging reports Assist with collection activities and payment follow-up Maintain organized accounting files and documentation Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end reporting requests Support monthly reporting and special projects as assigned About Us & Contact To learn more about us and read our reviews, visit our website at or contact Human Resources directly at View phone number on click.appcast.io.
