Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a food and beverage location, you will serve as a welcoming, highly visible presence for visitors, employees, and vendors. You will support access control, manage badges, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat12:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun12:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a food and beverage production location. Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor and contractor logs. Answer and direct incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate visitor arrivals or unusual activity to appropriate site contacts. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Maintain awareness of front desk activity and report access concerns, policy violations, or suspicious behavior to Allied Universal leadership and site management. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
