Project Manager - Life Science, Healthcare, MEP - Central MA

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing construction management team based out of Hopkinton, MA. This individual will oversee projects throughout Eastern and Central Massachusetts, working closely with internal leadership, clients, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver successful projects from preconstruction through closeout. Our client is a well-established, full-service construction management firm with a reputation for delivering complex projects across the Life Sciences, Commercial, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Industrial, and Institutional sectors. Their collaborative approach, proactive preconstruction process, and commitment to client success have made them a trusted partner throughout Massachusetts. With a strong backlog of work and continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to help lead projects ranging from renovations and tenant improvements to ground-up construction assignments. Description Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to mitigate risk Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards Support field teams and collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive successful project execution Profile A successful Project Manager should have: 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction Experience managing projects within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, MEP, Infrastructure, or related sectors Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities simultaneously Must be located within a reasonable commuting distance of Hopkinton, MA Job Offer Competitive base salary: $100,000 - $155,000 (commensurate with experience) Company vehicle and gas card 401(k) plan Paid Time Off Opportunity to work on high-profile projects throughout Greater Boston and Eastern Massachusetts Long-term career growth with a stable and expanding organization MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
