Compensation, Availability & Benefits Competitive pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education Part‑time start: 15–20 hours per week to begin Path to full‑time: Opportunity to grow into full‑time hours depending on center needs and your availability Flexible scheduling to support work–life balance Mileage reimbursement Paid drive time between client locations Paid training Professional development assistance and ongoing learning opportunities Opportunities for advancement as our center continues to grow Referral program with bonus potential A supportive, culturally responsive team that values compassion, respect, and growth Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Collect and record data on client progress. Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments. Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Qualifications High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or a related field (not required). Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must pass a TB test. Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance. Spanish speaker strongly needed.
