Part-to-Full Time GroundskeeperRiddle Plant Farm is a locally owned garden center and growing operation committed to providing high-quality plants and gardening products. With three locations and decades of experience, we value hard work, reliability, and a passion for keeping our farm spaces clean, safe, and beautiful.We are hiring a part-to-full time Groundskeeper to assist with upkeep and general maintenance at our farm. This is a hands-on, physical job with a variety of outdoor tasks including mowing, trimming, and supporting seasonal operations. Tools and equipment are provided, and all work is performed as a W2 employee.Key responsibilities include:Mow, trim, and weed-eat as neededMaintain outdoor areas, walkways, and greenhousesAssist with clean-up and seasonal landscaping tasksLoad and move materials or tools between locationsSupport the growing team with general outdoor maintenancePerform minor repairs or upkeep as assignedQualifications:Must have valid driver's licenseAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditionsSelf-motivated, dependable, and able to follow instructionsGroundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred but not requiredWorking conditions:W2 employee positionTools and equipment providedOutdoor work at multiple locationsFlexible part-to-full time hours based on season and workloadRiddle Plant Farm is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
