Entry-Level Appointment Setter — $2,500+/Week Potential + $3,000 In Training Pay

Tired of being stuck inside all day for low pay? At Trinity Roofing, our appointment setters work outdoors, stay active, and earn performance-based pay — with no experience required.

This is not a closing sales role. Your job is simply to talk with homeowners and set appointments for our roofing specialists. We train you from the ground up, and you earn from your very first appointment — starting in training.

Important: This is a field-based, door-to-door canvassing role. It is not remote or office-based. We welcome both full-time and part-time canvassers; part-timers are welcome as long as the 2-week training program is completed (Mon to Fri - 9am to 4pm).

How the Pay Works: $0 base, 100% commission, paid weekly. You are paid depends on your hustle: paid per appointment, in two parts — because we reward real appointments, not padded numbers:

• $35 the moment your appointment is set and qualified
• $165 more when the appointment happens — $200 total per completed appointment
• 1% of the job when your appointment turns into a signed sale (roughly $150 on a typical roof — and it stacks with everything below)

Weekly Bonuses (they stack)

• 3 completed appointments in a week: +$100
• 6 in a week: +$250 more
• 9 in a week: +$500 more (+$850 total in bonuses that week)

First-90-Days Bonus (up to $3,000)

• $500 at week 2
• $750 at day 30
• $750 at day 60
• $1,000 at day 90

Monthly Consistency Bonus

• Hit your numbers every month: $400 — and it grows every consecutive month, up to $800/month

Automatic Raise at 3 Months

• Senior rates: $225 per completed appointment and 1.25% on sold jobs — automatic, not negotiated

What you can earn: a 3 completed appointments per week runs about $700 , and a 9 completed appointment week about $2,650 — before sold-job pay and monthly consistency bonuses. Our consistent performers are on a $95,000+ first-year pace . The better your appointments, the more every one of them pays.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: Off
• Work is performed in assigned canvassing territories

Training Program (2 Weeks) — You Earn From Day One No waiting on a training wage: every qualified appointment you set during training pays full rates. You'll learn roofing fundamentals, canvassing strategy, communication and confidence at the door, objection handling, and territory planning — at real doors, alongside the team, from the first days.

Career Growth — We Promote From the Doors Canvasser → Senior Canvasser (automatic raise at 3 months) → Mentor (earn a $40 override on every appointment your trainees complete) → Senior Mentor (lead your own team — the territory, the morning meeting, the crew) → Customer Development Director .
