What You’ll Do Use creative video and technical skills to deliver compelling visual stories that engage viewers. Shoot, edit, and operate live ENG/SNG/Bonded Cellular equipment—independently or in collaboration with a reporter. Partner with producers and editors to develop ideas for daily newscasts, features, and in‑depth special projects. Execute daily assignments both in the field and inside the station. Maintain care and accountability for cameras, vehicles, and all assigned gear. Requirements What You Bring Minimum 2 years of experience working in a TV newsroom with strong ENG field skills preferred. Proven ability to shoot, edit, and feed video under tight deadlines. Proficiency with non‑linear editing systems and field production techniques. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. College degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
