Facility Manager

Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned region Drive accountability for key performance indicators such as work order completion, service quality, and process adherence Ensure achievement of financial targets Supervise a team of 5-10 skilled technicians Oversee the trades – handyman, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, floorcare, landscaping and snow removal Provide staff development, coaching, and feedback Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues Manage 40-50 buildings across the region Requirements Bachelor’s degree or related experience 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred Experience with operations and maintenance for multi-site commercial properties Facility Management, IFM experience preferred Must be willing to travel and participate in after‑hours/on call support Ability to travel 40% depending on location; 3-5 nights per month overnight travel Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in overseeing operations and maintenance for multi‑site commercial properties, with a strong focus on achieving financial targets and managing a diverse team of technicians.
