Patient ratio experience of 1:12 to 1:16. Experience with Epic charting system preferred. Travel experience preferred. Description:The Respiratory Care Therapist will work night shifts, 3 times a week.The position involves a patient ratio of 12 to 16.Required certifications include BLS and RRT.One year of experience in a similar role is required.First-time travelers are welcome to apply.Scrubs of any color can be worn.Requests for time off are limited to two per contract.The typical daily census is 270 patients.Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, and social services.Special procedures include cardiac, surgical step-down, and NICU care.Candidates should have skills in adult critical care and emergency scenarios.Knowledge of various respiratory equipment and therapies is necessary.Experience with a diverse patient population, including neonates and adults, is preferred.This role includes responsibilities such as tracheostomy care and mechanical ventilation.Candidates must be able to interpret arterial blood gases and have skills in pulmonary hygiene.Preferred experience includes working in long-term acute care and trauma units. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
