Tennis Coach

Overview TGA Premier Sports in Northern Westchester is one of the fastest growing TGA franchises. We are looking for COACHES who would love to teach tennis to kids. The program teaches kids ages 5-14 using tennis to develop skills while incorporating education, character development, and proper etiquette. It is delivered in schools or community locations with safety and fun as top priorities. We offer year-round programs with flexible schedules and will schedule you close to your location; travel distance over 10 miles is reimbursed when we are asking you to drive farther. Responsibilities Lead or assistant coaching sessions following the TGA curriculum (various sites across Northern Westchester). Available during after‑school hours (2:30pm and later) and able to commit to a full season/session schedule. Maintain a safe, fun, and educational environment for kids during lessons. Communicate effectively with kids and parents. Be reliable with transportation and show up on time with high energy and adaptability. Be willing to step out of your comfort zone and engage with kids in a positive way. Undergo a clean background check. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age. No extensive coaching experience required; we train on the TGA curriculum. Flexible schedule with availability during after-school hours and some weekends as needed. Reliable transportation to multiple locations as needed. Strong communication skills with kids and parents; energetic, punctual, creative, and adaptable. Commit to at least one full season (sessions are by season).
