US Travel Expense Analyst

Due to high system implementation volumes, we are seeking a Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst to assist core teams in implementing, testing, and stabilizing global Concur modules during a major platform rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and hands-on analytical assistance during the global T&E platform deployment.

• Design, construct, and validate user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts for specific T&E configurations.

• Review system defects, analyze credit card feed errors, and audit transactional flows across legacy ERP environments (SAP/Oracle) and Concur.

• Supplement operational teams to maintain business-as-usual (BAU) performance standards throughout peak transformation periods.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Systems: proficiency in SAP Concur, Oracle AP, SAP, and corporate M&A tracking/PMO tools.

• Experience: 5+ years of corporate accounting or specialized operational experience in global corporate T&E management programs.

• Core Skills: Proven track record in UAT script design, ERP transactional auditing, and system defect resolution.
