Position Overview Physician - Internal Medicine (Outpatient) … join Olathe Medical Pavilion B. The role will take over a full practice following retirement of a 20-year member. The practice currently has 6 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers. Responsibilities Lead and manage a full internal medicine outpatient practice. Provide patient care in 22 exam rooms, including endocrinology services. Utilize in-office lab, X‑ray, and telemedicine rooms. Participate in 1‑6 weekend and 1‑6 weekday call schedule with low overnight volume. Work Schedule 4 days of clinical contact per week. 1 administrative day per week. 30‑minute patient slots. Qualifications Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Internal Medicine. Residency in Internal Medicine. Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary, RVU production model.
